Arrivals Procedures

7:45am-8:15am	Breakfast in the Cafeteria
8:15 am	School Starts

Scholars may arrive between 7:45am - 8:15am and get breakfast in the cafeteria.
They should arrive at school no earlier than 8:15am.
They will go to breakfast before going to their classroom or waiting area.
Supervision for scholars will begin at 8:00am.
Drop off is located in the front of the school.
Please do not drop off scholars on the west side of the building.
If your child arrives at 8:15am or later, a parent must walk the child into the front office and sign-in.

3:30 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
2:30 pm on Wednesday

Staff members will identify drivers and assist children when entering their car. PLEASE remain in your car and pull through the car rider line at a slow speed.
Car signs will be distributed to help identify the driver and to expedite the dismissal process.
To help the car line move swiftly, the green sign MUST be placed on the dash on the driver's side.
Please be aware that if there is not a Car Rider Sign displayed, the driver will be required to show ID for approved pick-up.
In order to ensure safety, no cell phone use while in the car rider pick-up line is appreciated.
Parents will not be permitted to pick students up from the cafeteria to walk them to their car parked in the school lot.

If your child is a walker and/or bike rider, they have the option to enter and exit through the side or back gate.
If you will be meeting your child on campus to escort him/her home, please make sure you have the Walker Sign with you to indicate you are approved for pick up.
If you do not have the approved sign, you will be required to sign the child out in the front office.
